We will be hosting a conference dinner for all attendees at GAMeS2025 on the evening of Thursday 20th November 2025 at 6:00pm. The St Pancras Brasserie & Champagne Bar is an elegant dining venue located within London’s iconic St Pancras International station. Offering a stylish Art Deco setting, it features a sophisticated brasserie menu alongside Europe’s longest champagne bar. Guests can enjoy classic British dishes, while soaking in the grandeur of the historic station. 

A ticket to the dinner will include a 3-course set-menu and a welcome drink (beer, wine or soft drink), with all dietary requirements available to be catered for. There will also be an open bar where guests are welcome to purchase additional alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks at their own expense. Any conference delegate at any stage of their career is invited to attend. The conference dinner is the ideal place to catch-up with some old (or new) friends, and network in a casual setting.
